Without having to ask him, the Receptionist gave me a room next door to my friend who I was travelling with. Very helpful friendly staff. Very comfortable bed & pillows, good quality bedding, excellent house keeping & cleaning. Clean towels every day. Coffee/tea machine, fridge & microwave in each room. Close to Rail station & buses. Some good restaurants near by. Good quality shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/soap & moisturiser. Soundproofed room but could hear railway. Swimming pool looked clean, unfortunately didn’t use it due to poor weather.

Kind of randomly picked this hotel because I needed to be in this location and got lucky because it was great! Some of the good: five minute walk to the LIRR (that connects to the airport train), walkable to good restaurants, comfy pillows, surprisingly good breakfast (pancakes and waffles), good toiletries, free delivery from a Chinese restaurant (no fees!), clean pool, nice staff (especially the young guy at the front desk who lent me an umbrella when it was pouring).

location is key, it is my second time staying in the facility. I came last year and I like that the medical offices, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy all are in walking distance. this time of the year they have the pool open , I like how well maintain the pool is, they clean it daily and they have a life guard on duty at all times the pool is open. I love the room is confortable and very clean. I also like the breakfast , it has a mini buffet with plenty of choices.

The room was a good size and with two comfortable double beds it was perfect for our party of 3. Free breakfast each day which was good, plenty of choice too, we never went hungry! Hotel and site always kept clean as was the swimming pool (an added bonus). I can't begin to tell you how welcoming and friendly the staff were, especially Linda who was on the front desk. She was so helpful and kind, a credit to the hotel.

Amazing stay!!!!!!! Room was exceptional. So clean and the shower was beautiful!!!!! Breakfast was amazing. Best we've had at Best Western. So many choicew. Linda at the front desk was amazing! So helpful and considerate. Business center was set up so well. This hotel is a must stay for us next time!
